Key Responsibilities:
- Build out the customer journey and funnel from lead to purchase, ensuring accurate data capture at every stage.
- Identify gaps across current systems and workflows and implement structured processes for the growing business.
- Manage marketing execution including email campaigns, social media scheduling, and design of labels and materials in Canva.
Skills & Tools Required:
- Experience supporting e-commerce, retail, or food service operations in a fast-paced environment.
- Working knowledge of automation platforms like Zapier, Make.com, or n8n and AI tools.
- Strong Canva skills and Adobe Express is a plus; graphic design ability is valued.
