Manager of Paid Search

Your Opportunity:

• Drive customer acquisition and revenue growth through strategic paid search management across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
• Balance hands-on campaign ownership with leadership of a Paid Search Specialist in a player-coach role.

What You'll Do:

• Develop and execute acquisition strategies, manage substantial budgets, and optimize bidding, targeting, and creative testing.
• Monitor campaign performance against KPIs, build reports, and translate data into actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
• Directly manage, coach, and develop team members while partnering cross-functionally with analytics, CRM, and creative teams.
