Senior Paid Search Manager

Who You Are:

• 10+ years of strategic and day-to-day paid search management handling 5+ client accounts at a time.
• 8+ years inside a digital marketing agency with a proven track record of results.
• Ability to step into existing accounts and contribute by day three.

What You'll Own:

• Full strategy and execution across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and other paid platforms.
• Budget pacing, bidding, and optimization tied to client ROI.
• Clear performance reporting and recommendations clients act on.
