Drive the day-to-day TikTok Shop affiliate engine for Dollar Shave Club and Truly Beauty.
Recruit, vet, and support creators, from first outreach through posting and performance.
Manage creator relationships in both English and Spanish, including Star/VIP partners.

What You'll Do:

Build targeted creator lists and run personalized outreach to grow the affiliate pipeline.
Review sampling requests, manage Target Collabs, and coordinate product pushes before launches.
Track weekly performance and recommend which creators and products to scale, maintain, or deprioritize.

Who You Are:

You have 2+ years in affiliate or influencer marketing and at least 1 year managing TikTok Shop creators.
You're fluent in English, conversational in Spanish, and data-driven with tools like Google Sheets.
You thrive in a fast-paced, remote, cross-functional environment and love building creator relationships.
