Make a Measurable Impact – Join Us as a Senior Coding & OASIS Reviewer. You’ll review OASIS and document recommended changes in approved system and ICD-10 coding and sequencing from documentation in the patient chart. You should complete documentation of results review and ensure workflow processes are timely and accurate. The reason for change and recommended reimbursement impact should be documented and you should consistently meet chart equivalent targets and quality metrics of 60 CEs per week.
