Be the bridge between customers, marketing, and product teams ensuring customers are informed, supported, and heard. Deliver an exceptional customer experience and drive engagement, shaping how the company connects with its customers and strengthens their brand. Key responsibilities include: Customer Communication: Draft and distribute customer communications, manage SendGrid campaigns, and monitor campaign performance. Customer Support & Feedback Management: Serve as the first point of contact, collect customer feedback, and collaborate with Product to inform improvements. Customer Engagement & Satisfaction: Analyze customer satisfaction trends and identify opportunities to improve communication and engagement. Marketing Coordination: Create training materials, support customer-facing content, and assist with campaign execution.
