Job Description
Lead feature discovery and definition through customer research, interviews, and market analysis. Translate customer workflows and business requirements into clear product specifications and user stories. Define and execute the product roadmap, including agent desktop, supervisor tools, admin console, analytics, and integrations. Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure timely delivery and go-to-market readiness. Act as a customer advocate, triaging escalations, identifying product gaps, and improving adoption. Drive UX excellence, balancing ease of use with enterprise-grade flexibility. Define and track key success metrics such as adoption, usage, NPS/CSAT, handle time, and agent productivity.
