Job Description
Assist the Operations Practice in the maintenance and development of internal project trackers, conducting research, supporting data collection and entry, and providing additional ad-hoc data management support. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail and is highly skilled in data analysis, including database management, data audits, and presenting data in a digestible, professional format. This role will require exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to support the effective management of client city portfolios.
This role supports tracking project activity, creating internal trackers, analyzing data, conducting data audits, and improving internal tools. In addition to conducting research, assisting with coordination and follow-up across city engagement activities, and helping update internal resources and training materials.
