Technical Support Specialist for Remote Automotive Diagnostics (f/m/div.)

Education:

• Formal training in automotive equivalent to an expert-level technician.
• Strong technical support skills in vehicle IT, including both hardware and software systems.
• Knowledge of Nissan and Renault vehicles is considered a strong asset.

Experience:

• Extensive hands-on experience in automotive diagnostics and technical support.
• Deep understanding of vehicle systems, such as: Engine management system.
• Comfort systems (ADAS, trailer systems, etc.).

Languages:

• Excellent command of English (C1 level or equivalent), both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in French is a plus.
• You are a natural problem-solver with a strong analytical mindset.
