Product Manager

Product Strategy & Roadmap:

• Translate company strategy into clear product objectives and outcome-driven roadmaps for Food Equipment Services solutions.
• Lead customer discovery through interviews and data analysis to define value hypotheses and prioritize AI-driven enhancements.

Delivery & Cross-Functional Leadership:

• Own roadmap outcomes and maintain alignment with portfolio goals while resolving scope and sequencing trade-offs.
• Partner with Engineering during planning and delivery, and collaborate with Sales and Marketing on go-to-market launch planning.

AI Integration & Practices:

• Identify and validate opportunities where AI improves quoting, pricing, configuration, and design workflows for customers.
• Use AI-assisted workflows to accelerate roadmap prioritization, discovery, and requirements creation, validating ideas early to reduce risk.

Metrics & Continuous Improvement:

• Define and track KPIs related to adoption, customer satisfaction, and business impact to guide iteration and future roadmap direction.
• Ensure backlog readiness and validate delivery during sprint reviews, maintaining alignment between intent and capabilities.
