Job Description
Motive is seeking two entrepreneurial Growth Interns to join our Marketing team. These interns will help design and develop engaging AI apps and workflows as part of our innovative marketing and sales efforts. This hands-on role involves collaborating with creative leads, campaign & content strategists, product marketers, and sales teams to create new impactful AI-powered tools for our team.
You'll Design and launch at least one AI-powered tool, workflow, or solution that delivers a measurable impact. Partner with teammates across marketing to identify pain points and inefficiencies and rapidly prototype solutions. You'll also optimize applications for performance, accessibility, and engagement, and analyze data to measure success and inform strategy. Present your project to marketing and executive leaders at the end of your internship.
