Senior Accountant

We're looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our month-end close process. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and collaborator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses excellent analytical skills. In this role you'll have the opportunity to: Own the monthly close process and support financial & regulatory reporting. Act as subject matter expert on complex accounting issues and provide solutions as appropriate. Serve as the go-to person for financial reporting and monthly close presentations, including preparing variance analyses and commentary on financial results. Perform complex analysis and articulate the financial & regulatory implications. Identify and implement process improvements and automation within the accounting function to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Support new initiatives and new product launches. Manage relationships with various internal and external stakeholders and be the first touchpoint for issues and resolutions. Participate in year-end audits and other audits, preparing supporting workpapers and promptly addressing questions. Assist with ad hoc projects and other duties as assigned.
