Job Description
This role involves: Managing accounts from planning through closure using standard processes and tools; Supporting the Squad Lead on enterprise accounts; Cultivating client relationships at the project level, collaborating with account directors and production to achieve client satisfaction.
Required experience: Proven track record in Localization Project Management; Experience working with international product development; Ability to manage financial budgets, budget reconciliation and budget reporting.
Responsibilities include: Authoring client documents such as SOW’s, proposals, processes and ‘post mortems’; Participating in development of processes and ideas; Active participation in new client sales cycles, incl. presentations, analysis, recommendations and relationship development.
