Job Description
Own & Sequence Cloud Infra Roadmap: Prioritize initiatives across Infra & Services. Lead problem discovery with Support/CS/Data, translating insights into PRDs and milestones. Run weekly ops meetings, keeping delivery on track and reducing incident load.
Reliability & Operational Excellence: Define SLOs, enforce error budgets, and establish incident response protocols. Drive postmortems and improve resilience by tightening triage flows and strengthening release readiness.
Cross-Team Alignment: Partner with Finance/RevOps on entitlements, billing, reporting, and auditability. Drive alignment with Cloud Growth through shared backlog boundaries and recurring interlocks.
