Senior Support Specialist – Enterprise Systems

We are seeking a skilled IT Specialist to support payroll operations and system integrations within SAP SuccessFactors. This role will focus on ensuring seamless data flow between SuccessFactors and other internal/external systems, maintaining payroll accuracy, and supporting ongoing configuration and enhancement efforts. Key Responsibilities include providing technical support, configuring payroll rules and wage types, managing compensation updates, onboarding payroll vendors, and maintaining integrations between SuccessFactors and third-party systems. The role also includes collaborating with HR, Payroll, and IT teams, monitoring integration jobs, participating in system upgrades, documenting processes, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, 5+ years of experience supporting SAP SuccessFactors with a focus on Payroll and Integrations, and experience with integration platforms such as SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), Dell Boomi, or similar. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SAP Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll, familiarity with payroll regulations and data privacy standards, and excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
