About the Role:
- The Solution Engineering team is a technical group at the intersection of sales, growth, product, and R&D.
- You’ll primarily focus on bringing on new enterprise customers.
- You own the technical win for enterprise deals.
What You'll Do:
- Understand challenges prospects face in billing, launching new products, pricing & packaging, quote-to-cash, customer experience, and related areas.
- Build relationships with people at our prospect organizations, from day-to-day operators to C-Suite executives.
- Design integrations of Metronome into prospect systems and consultatively influence the direction of our prospects’ pricing and packaging.
