Job Description
Manage install base and install analysis of National Strategic Accounts to help identify sales opportunities. Manage quarterly and annual forecast, backlog accuracy, and revenue operations. Track sales pipeline and closed opportunities from the Value Partnership team. Maintain period reports required by Varian and Siemens Healthineers Leadership. Collaborate closely with National Account Managers and leverage sales tools to support quotation preparation, order modifications, customer onboarding, and sales forecasting.
Support the development and implementation of business processes where necessary to drive efficiencies across National Accounts & Value Partnership teams. This role will collaborate closely with the internal U.S. Government/VA/DoD team, supporting the Strategic Sales function to ensure quotation quality assurance, compliance with government terms, pricing accuracy, and preparation of consolidation vendor workups. Additionally, this position will assist in managing the government price book, including new product and part number updates, as well as routine price book modifications. This is a critical factor in achieving success when selling to the government.
Provide administrative support to the Director of National Accounts, including expense management, meeting coordination, document preparation, and other tasks as required to meet evolving business needs. Support the Strategic Accounts and Value Partnerships teams with various tasks and responsibilities as needed to drive team objectives and business priorities. Organize, plan, and execute annual team meetings, including coordinating presentations, managing travel and lodging arrangements, and overseeing training facility logistics.
