Job Description
The Account Specialist will act as the main point of contact for school districts on all questions, mostly via email, to address routing, dispatch and customer service issues.
The candidate will ensure all change requests, student add-ons and removals are done in a timely fashion, maintain routes as efficiently as possible, build quotes and route analysis, maintain accurate calendars, setting holidays, early-outs, or assisting with emergency weather updates, and perform data entry.
