Responsibilities:
- Own the React Native app end-to-end—architecture, performance, release process, and roadmap.
- Lead and mentor the two existing engineers already supporting mobile, setting technical direction and raising the bar for mobile craft.
- Partner directly with Affan on engineering strategy and with Oisin on product direction where mobile intersects with growth, onboarding, and retention.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in TypeScript and strong experience with React Native.
- Proven experience building and shipping consumer-grade mobile applications.
- Familiarity with common mobile tools and libraries (e.g., Expo, Firebase, push notifications, app store deployment).
Conditions:
- Remote in Europe (preference Western/continental Europe), with Portugal relocation sponsorship possible.
- Salary flexible with no fixed budget, plus stock options.
- Full-time employment or independent contractor.
