Job Description
As a Salesforce Senior Solution Architect, you will lead the technical vision for complex Salesforce programs, working directly with customers to understand their business goals, architect solutions that deliver measurable outcomes, and ensure those solutions are successfully implemented. You will own the architecture for Salesforce solutions from inception through delivery, ensuring they meet business goals and deliver measurable value. The role involves architecting scalable and sustainable Salesforce solutions, providing technical guidance, leveraging Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and other Salesforce products to design customized solutions, and collaborating with development teams to implement custom Salesforce solutions using APEX, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and integrations. You will also review code, act as a subject matter expert, advise customer executives, and design integrations between Salesforce and third-party applications. Maintaining Salesforce architectural standards, leading efforts in Salesforce governance, and mentoring junior team members are also key responsibilities.
