- Create and maintain a clear view of the GTM systems ecosystem.

- Analyze end-to-end workflows (prospecting, deal execution, onboarding, renewal).
- Identify friction points and integration gaps.
- Ensure systems enable execution rather than create confusion.
Adoption & Accountability:
- Define adoption standards and usage metrics for GTM tools and programs.
- Provide visibility to leaders on performance and outcomes.
- Ensure systems and initiatives drive measurable impact.
