Job Description
This role is a full-time, field-based position for the North Germany region, focusing on providing technical and scientific expertise to customers using Bruker's microbiological and infectiological diagnostic system solutions. Responsibilities include on-site customer consultation, first and second-level application support via phone and in person, and proactive support for sales management in launching new products. The role also involves preparing, conducting, and following up on product demonstrations and training in customer or Bruker demo labs, supporting the sales team in showcasing portfolio features, and participating in congresses and workshops. Active involvement in process and system development for efficiency and customer satisfaction, regular reporting on new applications, and close collaboration with sales, product management, and technical service teams are crucial. Travel up to 50% is expected.
