This role involves providing technical and scientific advice to customers on-site regarding the application of Bruker's microbiological and infectiological diagnostic system solutions and consumables. You will provide first and second-level application support to customers on-site and via telephone. Furthermore, you will actively support the sales management in the introduction of new products. Preparation, implementation and follow-up of product demonstrations and training courses in the customer laboratory or in our demo laboratory in Bremen are further tasks.

To prepare for and manage clinical studies for our diagnostic assays, you will support external studies, including site selection, site initiation visits and routine monitoring, and serve as the liaison between clinical sites and Pattern teams. You’ll have the opportunity to collaborate across the organization including with Assay Development, Hardware, Software, Quality, and Regulatory.
