Job Description

This position will work with Load Management team to track carriers and provide updates to customers in a timely manner to ensure best-in class customer service. Utilize phone, email, SMS and other messaging tools to consistently and proactively communicate with carriers partners and drivers to confirm and track load events in process. Consistently meet performance expectations in service, and tracking. Identify and Report to key stakeholders any delays or issues with upcoming, active or passed loads. Manage communication and resolve load challenges when they arise. Provide carrier feedback to continuously improve our core operations, carrier experience and shipper needs.
