Financial Operations & Automation Specialist

We're seeking a high-performing, analytically minded Financial Operations & Automation Specialist to join our team. This highly visible and cross-functional role supports financial reporting, metrics tracking, and is pivotal in driving automation and implementing AI-driven solutions across the business. You'll work directly with the Head of Operations and partner closely with teams across the business, leveraging technology to enhance efficiency and decision-making. Examples of your responsibilities will include designing and implementing automation workflows to reduce manual overhead, evaluating, integrating, and maintaining AI/automation tools, collaborating with stakeholders across finance, ops, and other functions to identify and act on high-impact automation opportunities. You will also build and maintain scalable internal reporting systems, support budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, assist with board, investor, and audit reporting, and ensure data accuracy by partnering with external accounting providers and managing systems integrations. This role involves defining and evolving real-time dashboards for company-wide metrics and OKRs, leading deep-dive analyses on business performance, partnering with team leads to deliver data solutions, and building lightweight internal tools to support cross-functional initiatives. Additionally, you will own and run recurring workflows that keep the business moving, act as the operational glue across teams, and step into ambiguous operational gaps to implement sustainable solutions.
