Job Description

You’ll act as the Project Manager for customer onboarding and implementation projects from Kick-Off to Go Live. You will also work directly with customers to integrate Grayscale’s texting and automation platform for high-volume hiring into their Applicant Tracking System. Responsibilities include creating and executing implementation plans, presenting a consultative approach to onboarding, providing technical guidance and support, and sharing customer feedback with internal teams. You will also be accountable for project timelines and deliverables and assist the sales team with technical discussions.
