This role is pivotal in managing Grayscale's DevOps environment and building robust, high-throughput pipelines that connect the company to third-party platforms in the HR tech ecosystem (ATS and HRIS). You’ll work across infrastructure, data engineering, and integration layers, helping Grayscale deliver a seamless experience to millions of job candidates. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in startup environments, enjoys solving complex system challenges, and wants to play a lead role in technical architecture and infrastructure operations.

Lead development of AI-powered product features built on large language models (LLMs). This is not a machine learning research role — it’s a hands-on engineering position focused on building production-grade applications powered by LLMs via services like AWS Bedrock, designing and implementing new capabilities from the ground up for HR tech.
