Job Description

As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager, you will manage a portfolio of Enterprise Accounts, serving as the face of Grayscale for these valued customer relationships. Business Reviews will be run for higher tier customers to drive value and strategically use data and insights to surface opportunities. Proactively engage with clients to identify opportunities for optimization, expansion, and upsell opportunities. Monitor customer usage, onboarding customers, and providing ongoing training and support to customers. In addition, tracking and reporting on key metrics related to customer, satisfaction, and retention is necessary. Product team feedback and partnering will ensure successful adoption with our product and incorporate the customer voice as product roadmap evolves. Collaboration closely with all internal teams ensures a seamless customer experience.
