Director, Virtual Physician Partner Services

You will lead the Virtual Physician Partners (VPP’s) team including  all training, process improvement, and operational aspects of a large team. In addition, you will be responsible for working with the Network Services leadership team as a key member in charting the success of N-Power with its Network customers. Your leadership will be instrumental in building a scalable and efficient VPP program that supports healthcare providers in delivering top-tier patient care. In this senior management role, you will manage a fast-growing distributed team of VPP’s. This role is responsible for monitoring and maintaining Network Partner satisfaction, developing quality and training standards, and working with the medical and technology teams to determine how emerging technology and equipment methods might enhance VPP performance including both productivity and quality. In this role you will be the bridge to prospective data collection from the VPP team to other members of the organization. You will partner closely with cross functional management to support hiring and continuous development for all VPP staff.
