SAP Payroll Functional Consultant – France Payroll

Role Overview:

• You will support monthly and year-end payroll processing for France.
• You will manage DSN lifecycle and ensure compliance with French statutory reporting.
• You will configure SAP Payroll schemas, PCRs, wage types, and support production issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with French payroll regulations including URSSAF, PAS, and social contributions.
• Handle DSN transmissions through B2A Manager and manage CRM feedback files.
• Support payroll enhancements, integrations, and statutory changes.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of SAP Payroll experience with 3+ years in France Payroll.
• Strong knowledge of DSN, B2A Manager, PAS, URSSAF, and French labor law.
• Experience with SAP HCM Payroll or SuccessFactors ECP and payroll schemas.
