SAP Payroll Functional Consultant – France Payroll

Key Responsibilities:

• Support France payroll processing including monthly and year-end cycles, root cause analysis, and statutory updates.
• Manage DSN lifecycle, including monthly and event-based declarations, and monitor transmissions via B2A Manager.
• Configure SAP Payroll schemas, PCRs, wage types, and ensure compliance with French labor law.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of SAP Payroll experience with 3+ years in France Payroll.
• Strong knowledge of DSN, B2A Manager, PAS, URSSAF, and French social contributions.
• Experience with SAP HCM Payroll and/or SuccessFactors ECP, payroll schemas, and production support.
