Role Responsibilities:
- Independently create monthly payroll and handle all related tasks.
- Serve as the main contact for clients and authorities on payroll matters.
- Collaborate with the founding team to improve software based on practical insights.
Qualifications:
- Completed training as IHK payroll accountant or specialist assistant for payroll.
- Basic knowledge of social security, payroll tax, and labor law.
- Independent and conscientious work style with excellent German language skills.
