Channel Marketing Assistant

Job Overview:

• Own and manage marketing project management systems (Salesforce, Oracle Cloud, Business Portal) for European channel marketing.
• Act as primary liaison between internal teams and customers for MDF claims and project management.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end process for MDF CONTRA and OPEX projects and claims with customers.
• Lead monthly Marketing Clinic to update teams on system enhancements and policy changes.
• Run reporting on budget investment, claim status, and customer activities; maintain regional trackers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing with 2+ years business experience.
• Advanced skills in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook; Salesforce experience a plus.
• Native German speaker with excellent communication and organizational skills.
