Staff Product Manager, Games Ecosystem

Team Overview:

• The Games Ecosystem team at Reddit focuses on making the platform a better place for discovering, playing, discussing, and growing games and community experiences.
• It spans player experiences, fan communities, creator tools, and platform capabilities to build a durable ecosystem.

Role Responsibilities:

• Define the product strategy for Reddit's Games Ecosystem, identifying high-leverage opportunities across player, community, and developer sides.
• Build and execute a roadmap that balances consumer-facing features, community-native systems, and developer ecosystem tools.
• Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Data, and other teams to ship improvements and measure ecosystem health.

What We Look For:

• Experience leading ambiguous product strategy in games, communities, creator ecosystems, or social products.
• Strong product sense for what makes experiences compelling, social, and community-native.
• Ability to reason across multiple stakeholders: players, fans, communities, moderators, creators, and developers.
