Job Description
The Client Relationship Manager (CRM) is responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with the company’s customers to ensure their satisfaction and retention. This role involves acting as a liaison between customers and internal teams to guarantee that customer’s needs and goals are met effectively. The CRM will focus on service delivery, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. The role involves development and maintaining strong relationships with key clinic stakeholders, acting as the primary point of contact for assigned clinics. The role also provides timely and accurate information to clients regarding products, services, and policies. Regular meetings are conducted with clinics to review their needs, satisfaction, and service delivery. Will coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services, educate clients on best practices and product features, and monitor and optimize operational processes to enhance service quality and efficiency.
