The Client Onboarding Advisor plays a key role during new client implementations, understanding client processes, requirements, and goals. This role strategizes how to meet the client’s needs, creates and executes onboarding plans, and oversees the entire onboarding process end-to-end. The advisor ensures a positive client and member experience in their transition to Navitus.

Manage and nurture relationships with the company’s customers to ensure their satisfaction and retention. Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to guarantee that customer’s needs and goals are met effectively, focusing on service delivery, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
