Job Description
Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with clients and key decision-makers at loan originators requiring third-party review diligence for securitization or buy/sell projects. Identify and engage with active participants in the capital markets loan purchase and sale environment. Proactively research and connect with loan originators, banks, special servicers, debt funds, private lenders, hedge funds, CDO/CLO managers, and other market players to source due diligence projects and loan trading support opportunities.
Drive both new business development efforts as well as maintaining client relationships with existing clients. Represent the organization at industry conferences and events, scheduling and attending meetings with both existing and prospective clients. Develop and share innovative ideas and strategic insights to enhance client engagement and promote leadership in the field. Maintain comprehensive tracking and reporting of business development initiatives to ensure transparency and alignment with organizational goals. Expand market and sales opportunities by collaborating with the Mission Capital Advisors Loan Sale Advisory Team to align loan sales and due diligence opportunities and provide support in executing loan sale transactions.
