Role and Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage capital project processes and procedures.
- Guide project controls personnel, including cost engineers and scheduling staff.
- Ensure project controls functions are delivered with consistency and quality.
Collaboration and Leadership:
- Interface with client management and site personnel.
- Collaborate with PMO team to achieve client business objectives.
- Mentor and train project controls staff.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of total capital project experience, preferably in energy transmission and distribution.
- Bachelor of science degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
- Experience in Earned Value Management and project controls methodologies.
