Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full lifecycle of infrastructure and capital projects, from initiation through delivery.
- Oversee project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and client billing.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, coordinating across internal teams, contractors, and external partners.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related field plus six years of experience.
- Experience in regulated or public-sector environments preferred.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred.
