Lead global campaigns across search, social, programmatic, and offline channels. Balance brand-building initiatives with direct-response tactics to optimize both short-term results and long-term customer value. Build and execute full-funnel paid media strategies. Manage a robust tracking infrastructure for real-time optimization and transparent ROI reporting. Analyze key performance metrics (CAC, ROAS, LTV, CPI) and deliver actionable insights to maximize performance across all channels. Take full ownership of the financial outcomes of all growth led marketing initiatives, ensuring that they align with the company’s profitability goals. Set and monitor key financial metrics, such as customer acquisition cost (CAC), customer lifetime value (LTV), and return on ad spend (ROAS), to optimize marketing spend. Foster a test-and-learn culture through structured A/B testing and iterative experimentation. Expand and manage a global network of affiliates. Implement commission-based models that drive acquisition and align incentives with long-term profitability. Champion a growth mindset within the team and across departments. Contribute to long-term systems and frameworks that support compounding growth.
