Senior Product Manager - Platform

Responsibilities:

• Define and execute product strategy for core areas of the TopstepX platform, aligning trader needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
• Lead complex platform initiatives from discovery through delivery, partnering with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to ship reliable, well-instrumented features.
• Deeply understand the trader journey, from market data and charting through order entry, position management, and performance review, and use that understanding to prioritize what matters most.

Qualifications:

• 5 to 7+ years of experience in product management, with experience owning and delivering technical products end-to-end.
• Experience building products for trading, brokerage, fintech, or other real-time, data-intensive domains, and genuine curiosity about how markets and traders work.
• Working knowledge of futures markets and trading mechanics, or the ability to build it quickly: order types, contract specifications, market data, position and P&L concepts.

Compensation & Benefits:

• New Hire Base Salary Range $165,000 - $185,000, plus performance-based bonus.
