What we look for:

7+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years managing engineering teams.
Proven experience delivering consumer-facing software and driving execution through ambiguity.
Strong technical judgment to guide architecture, quality, and reliability decisions.

Compensation & Benefits:

Base pay range: 365,000 zł - 485,000 zł per year, plus equity and monthly stipends.
