This hybrid role—part strategist, part hands-on builder, and part advisor—involves working with internal teams and clients to audit operations, design AI-powered workflows, and deploy intelligent agents that enhance efficiency and impact. Rather than building models from scratch, the focus is on leveraging tools like ChatGPT, Claude, LangChain, Make, and Zapier, with enough technical understanding to guide implementations and collaborate with developers effectively.
