Product Manager - Platform (Healthcare/SaaS/EHR)

About the role:

• This is a high-impact strategic product role focused on building the foundational platform for a modern electronic medical records ecosystem.
• You will define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for shared services that enable scalability, reliability, and consistency across multiple product domains.
• Acting as a central connector between clinical, operational, and technical teams, you will ensure that platform capabilities are reusable, secure, and aligned with long-term product goals.

Key accountabilities:

• Own the platform strategy and roadmap for shared services, prioritizing initiatives based on scalability, feasibility, and business impact.
• Establish governance frameworks, standards, and best practices for APIs, authentication, access control, and system integrations.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as adoption, reuse, and platform performance metrics.

Requirements and benefits:

• 5+ years of Product Management experience, ideally in SaaS, EMR, healthcare technology, or platform/infrastructure products.
