Key Responsibilities:
- Contributes to maintenance leadership by accomplishing related results and enforcing program policies.
- Manages a team of 4-10 Field Technicians and oversees warehouse facilities and company assets.
- Executes building project management including vendor bids, capital requests, and invoicing.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years C-Store & commercial building maintenance management or 5-10 years general maintenance management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Office 365, and Nuvolo IWMS or equivalent software.
- Ability to travel 65-70% in a company-provided truck and stay 40+ nights/year in hotels.
