- Manage open internal and external (WellSky, Relay) IT items and tickets with accountability, transparent communication, and timely follow through
Accreditation, Training & Documentation:
- Support current accreditation needs through disciplined execution, documentation quality, and integrity in evidence management
- Create and organize training materials that enable One Team consistency and excellence in execution
- Maintain working knowledge of accreditation requirements and apply that knowledge with integrity and attention to detail
