Senior Product Manager - Consumer Engagement

Pager Health is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the complete product lifecycle including the strategy, the development, roadmap, and growth in value of the Pager Health product lines. This role involves working with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure Pager Health is perceived as innovative, effective, and the partner of choice. Responsibilities include owning the product lifecycle for assigned products, managing multiple product solutions to deliver effectiveness, and working with end-users to identify product improvements. The Senior Product Manager will translate product strategy and customer insights into a clear, actionable roadmap and define detailed product requirements in collaboration with design, engineering, and data teams. Monitoring product performance post-launch, using metrics and user feedback to drive rapid iteration is also key. Maintaining up-to-date product documentation and championing the voice of the user are also essential.
