Job Description
Accountabilities:
- Provide legal advice on debt financings, fund formation, private equity, structured equity investments, and mergers and acquisitions
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex transactional documents and agreements
- Manage multiple corporate transactions simultaneously while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
Requirements:
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Admission to the New York Bar (Delaware Bar admission is a plus)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in transactional corporate law, preferably with BigLaw experience
