Job Description
The Central Ops Support Executive is expected to remotely support the daily operations of sellers, including daily metrics monitoring, triggering on-field support to sellers and audits, stakeholder management, within and outside of the company, rolling out of new processes, and running central control centres. Roles include remotely monitoring efficient functioning of sites, liaising between field executives/sellers and various agencies, training and directing sellers, and devising and deploying SOP's. The job requires someone with customer experience in mind, willingness to take ownership, and skills in identifying patterns and scrutinizing details. The candidate must be ready to work on weekends and in shifts.
