Work with engineers on key technical decisions, break ties, and escalate short-term decisions that may have long-term impacts on the product and user experience. Maintain alignment between product and engineering and coordinate multiple work streams across the platform, application, and integration teams with a focus on achieving high-quality, on-time deliverables. Define and track engineering performance metrics while upholding a culture of quality, clarifying scope of work, ensuring clear accountability, and creating learning opportunities. You will play a key role in leading the engineering organization, from providing technical guidance and mentorship to fostering our already-beloved engineering culture.
